CONSTRUCTION:

This hose shall consist of an inner tube of oil resistant synthetic rubber,a single steel wire braid reinforcement,and an oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber cover.

1.Construction of Rotary Drilling Hose (API Spec 7K Grade A/B/C/D/E)

Application: Recommended for using in the oilfield service of cementing, work over and fracturing.
Temperature range: -40℃～80℃（-104℉～180℉）.
Lining: Principally NBR constructed, featuring oil-resistant, abrasion-resistant, acid & alkali resistant.
Reinforcement: 2~4 layers spiraled by single high-strength steel wire, and rubber as a binder to make the layers into one complete and sound construction.
Cover: Primarily CR fabricated, featuring oil-resistant, abrasion-resistant, weatherproof and anti-ageing.
Couplings: built-in API couplings with male thread, integral unions and couplings, single couplings, flange.
Coupling Note: Field welding of fittings to coupling is not recommended.
Lengths: Up to 24m, can manufactured according to the customer’s requirements.
Standards: API 7K、ISO6807、SY5469.
