1.Construction of Rotary Drilling Hose
-Application: Recommended for using in the oilfield service of cementing, work over and fracturing.
-Temperature range: -40℃～80℃（-104℉～180℉）.
-Lining: Principally NBR constructed, featuring oil-resistant, abrasion-resistant, acid & alkali resistant.
-Reinforcement: 2~4 layers spiraled by single high-strength steel wire, and rubber as a binder to make the layers into one complete and sound construction.
-Cover: Primarily CR fabricated, featuring oil-resistant, abrasion-resistant, weatherproof and anti-ageing.
-Couplings: built-in API couplings with male thread, integral unions and couplings, single couplings, flanges.
-Coupling Note: Field welding of fittings to coupling is not recommended.
-Lengths: Up to 24m, can manufactured according to the customer’s requirements.
-Standards: API 7K、ISO6807、SY5469.
